End of Season? March 13th Snow Report

It looks as if Spring has arrived: today’s snow report is generously sprinkled with words such as “corn snow” and “variable conditions.” The temperatures are forecast to be around 50 degrees or so, and perhaps  it is time to start slowly wrapping up this ski season. It does not mean that we need to pack our gear, but it suggests that we might need to pack hard shells, unpack t-shirts and be ready to enjoy six-packs after a couple of morning runs.(Note: I am all for a late March snow storm…)
