Opening days are postponed.

Unfortunately, most – if not all – Vermont ski resorts postponed an opening day. Unusually warm temperatures are to be blamed. Hopefully, some resorts will open up during the first week of December – some forecast even called  for a foot of powder. Meanwhile, do you snow dances, get your gear ready and let”s hope that the 009/2010 ski season have plenty of snow showers to make up for November hiccups.

1. Ascutney Mountain resort: only 10 peak days
